Kevin Seney, Founder & CEO of Bug! Realty attended an invitation only event for entrepreneurs and inventors, called “Amilya’s Mind to Market Weekend.” This private event was held in Phoenix AZ on April on the 25th, 26th and 27th.

Amilya Antonetti is a well known entrepreneur and highly regarded business consultant. Amilya has appeared as a business expert on many TV shows including “Oprah” and “The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch on CNBC.”

The format of this event was to invite a small group of pre-screened entrepreneurs and inventors to meet one-on-one with Amilya and her panel of experts. Amilya’s group also includes many well known Venture Capital groups and Angel Investors.

For two days, we reviewed our Bug! business plan, and repositioned our franchise offering for the next phase of growth. Our Series A Preferred stock will be available to Accredited Investors beginning on May 1, 2008

Bug! Coronado, CA. Bug! Realty Founder & CEO, Kevin Seney has agreed to Co-Author a new book is entitled, “Wake Up… Live the Life You Love” with several best selling authors including, John Assaraf, Brian Tracy, and Dr. Wayne Dyer.

The book is a follow up to a highly successful series of books, compiled by Steven E and Lee Beard. Kevin Seney resides in Coronado, California with his wife Dr. Suzanne Popp, and their children Natalie, George, Alicia and Jessica.

Chicago, IL.  Bug! CEO, Kevin Seney was chosen to participate in the Inaugural Franchise Marketing event at Francorp Headquarters in Chicago, IL.  Francorp CEO, Don Boroian, and President, Patrick Callaway, co-authors of, “Franchising Your Business” were in attendance and featured keynote speakers.  Over 100 Franchise CEO’s were in attendance.

Our two-day workshop concluded on Sunday, with a group breakfast and closing comments. Our meeting Saturday was focussed on the teachings of Michael Gerber and the book “The E-Myth.” Our combined efforts resulted in several new pages for our Bug! Operations Manual.

We also discussed modifications to our company brochure and marketing materials. Everyone agreed that the best new tagline we developed yesterday, was: “Changing Real Estate Forever! One Family at a Time…” which will appear on the back page of our Franchise Sales Brochure. We also determined that our next Franchise Owners’ meeting will be held in Las Vegas, NV.

Several of our franchisees went on a tour of the wine country Sunday afternoon (the marketing never stops at Bug!)

On March 7, our Bug! team decended on the Historic McClelland Priest Bed and Breakfast Inn in Napa, CA, for our First Annual Franchise Owner’s Retreat.

All franchise owners attended from Santa Cruz, CA, Danville, CA, San Francisco, CA, Coronado, CA and Grand Junction, CO. Friday evening when our group pulled up to the restaurant Tra Vigne, in 5 identical Bugs, the entire town knew Bug! was in Napa Valley for dinner!

Our table was buzzing with energy, as our group came together for the first time. Despite the negative press about the real estate market, our conversation was filled with excitement, over our amazing progress in 2007. Each team shared their individual success stories and local reaction to our new approach to the business of real estate.

What was common with everyone in our group, was the pure fun they are having, while they are building their business and careers with Bug!

By the end of the evening, our waitress was wondering how she could join our company…

We began our workshop with individual group projects exploring our brand promise and how to fulfill our promise to our new customers.
