Bug! opens “second round” stock offer to investors

Bug! Realty USA, Inc. will open a “second round” stock offer on May 1, 2008.  Bug! will offer 825,000 shares of Series A Preferred stock to private accredited investors by prospectus.  First Interstate Bank of Montana will once again handle our escrow and transfer of funds.  Our “first round” offer was closed successfully on December 27, 2007.  Qualified investors can contact Bug! directly for more information.
